Is the Soil Report a subscription?
No — $350 buys one Soil Report for one parcel, delivered as a branded PDF: soil map, hydrologic group, water table and rock depth, unsuitable and drainage flags. Add the CSI estimate with a $950 Land Screening, and move to the plan when you are screening deals every month.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — two months free. The Land Screening Plan is $2,500 per month or $25,000 per year; Pro is $4,500 per month or $45,000 per year. Monthly is our list price; there is no other discount.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
Yes. Checkout is self-serve online; to switch or cancel a plan, email support@dirtbidai.com and it is handled same-day. Monthly plans have no long-term contract.
